Indian Air Force invites ONLINE applications from MALE INDIAN/ GORKHA (A SUBJECT OF NEPAL) citizens from all States and UTs for selection test from 25 September 2025 onwards to join Indian Air Force as Airmen in the Group ‘Y’ Medical Assistant trade.

• उम्मीदवार की आयु सीमा 17 वर्ष से 21 वर्ष तथा 24 वर्ष तक रखा गया है | सरकारी नियम के अनुसार उम्मीदवारों को आयु सीमा में छूट प्रदान की जा रही है |

Air Force Airmen Medical Assistant Recruitment Eligibility 2025 –

• Candidate should have passed 10+2/ Intermediate/ Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and with 50% marks in English.
• Should have passed two years’ Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Mandatory Medical Standards –

• Weight. Weight should be proportionate to height and age as applicable for IAF.
• Chest. Minimum chest circumference should be 77 cm and chest expansion must be at least 05 cm.
• Hearing. Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters by each ear separately
• Dental. Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points
• General Health. Candidates should be fit for the Air Force, must conform to the medical standards. Candidates should be of normal anatomy without loss or deformity of any appendages. He should be free from any active or latent, acute or chronic, medical or surgical disability or communicable disease, infection and skin ailments. Candidate shall be physically and mentally FIT to perform duty in any part of the world, in any climate and terrain.
